Any product being shipped out will be inspected carefully before we parcel it and all the products will be well parcelled in a box in case they are squashed or damaged during the shipment.

We ship our products through Express Maill Service. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipment to most countries. After your parcel being shipped, we will tell you a tracking number and a link for tracking. We will also follow up your parcel until it is delivered successfully.

If there are any update information about your order during the processing and shipment we will contact you through email, so please leave a valid email address when you place the order and add our email address to your safe list.

Returning

We guarantee quality! If the item you receive has any quality problem or damaged during the shipment please contact us within 30 days from the delivery day. We promise to exchange a new one to you.
